Miravela — Delete your data
Miravela is published on Google Play by The Alchemist Code. The app has no sign-up: we never ask for your name or a password. The first time the app talks to our server, it creates an anonymous ID for your installation. Your readings live on your phone; our server keeps only a few records linked to that anonymous ID.
Delete everything from the app
- Open Miravela.
- Go to Settings › Delete all my data.
- Confirm.
On your phone, this erases immediately and for good: your readings and their interpretations, follow-up answers, notes and journal, your daily cards and weekly constellation, your memory summary, your settings and your age and AI consent records. Pending daily reminders are cancelled. Uninstalling the app also removes everything on the phone, but not the records on our server, so use this option first.
On our server, the app asks us to delete everything linked to your anonymous ID: your usage counters, your Premium status and the link between your Google Play purchase and the ID, the reports you sent, your waitlist entries (including your email, if you gave it) and the anonymous ID itself. This part needs an internet connection.
Nothing to delete for your questions and readings: we never store them on our server. To write an interpretation, our server passes your request to Anthropic (Claude), which deletes it automatically within 30 days (up to 2 years only if its safety systems flag it).
If you no longer have the app
Write to contact@thealchemistcode.org with the subject "Delete my data — Miravela".
- If you joined the waitlist with an email, tell us that email and we will delete those entries within 20 days.
- Because there is no sign-up, we can't link the other server records to you without the app. They are deleted automatically: the anonymous ID, usage counters and purchase records 12 months after the ID was last used; reports and waitlist entries after 24 months at most.
What stays elsewhere
- Images you shared with "Share as image" are wherever you sent them.
- Android backup: if your phone backs up to your Google account, Android may still hold an older device backup; you can delete it in your Google account under Google Drive › Backups.
- Google Play keeps your subscription and purchases under your Google account. Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription or undo a purchase. Cancel a subscription in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. If you reinstall, Restore purchases links your Premium to a new anonymous ID.
